Choco Buttercrunch Bars

PORTIONS : 16

PREP TIME : 5 - 10 minutes

BAKE TIME : 15-25 minutes

Preheat over at 350°F

 

Ingredients :

- 1 can (300 ml) of condensed milk

- 1 1/2 (480 g)  pack of fine crushed Ritz crackers

- 1 tin of Laura Secord butterscotch gourmet candies, 150 g

- 1 cupof Laura Secord Milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

Preparation :

1. Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips;

2. Put the mixture into a medium greased pan;

3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes or until a nice golden colour;

4. Spread the chocolate chips evenly on top and put it back into the oven for 5 minutes;

4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour;

5. Cut into square bars and enjoy!
