Due to Summer's warm temperatures, orders placed on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday in order to ensure products arrive in good condition. If you are scheduling a specific delivery date, please take this under consideration when placing your order.
Tracking your order
Once your transaction is completed and accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your order has been processed, a second email will be sent to you confirming shipment and providing you with a tracking number allowing you to trace your package via Canada Post’s Website.
Laura Secord* will attempt to prepare and ship your order within a 24 to 48 hour timeframe from the moment your order is received. However, it is possible, due to circumstances beyond Laura Secord's control, that we exceed such timeframe. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm (Eastern Time), with the exception of Canadian and US statutory holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option you selected at check-out or depending on the point of shipping. You will be entitled to two options to choose from at check-out with different delivery times for each one. Shipping costs will vary depending on the chosen option. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and presented to you at check-out before you complete your order. All Website orders are shipped using Canada Post services and the costs and terms of delivery are those of Canada Post. There are no deliveries on weekends.
Laura Secord accepts to sell its products only if they are shipped to adresses in Canada or the United States.
Shipping to remote areas may take longer than shipping to major urban centres. Deliveries are made on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of Canadian and US statutory holidays.
Shipping costs are not uniformed and may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Shipping costs are those established from time to time by Canada Post.
At this time, it is not possible to pick-up orders made online from store locations or to have them shipped to international addresses.

Incomplete order or missing product
It may happen that we might not be able to ship a specific product or that a handling error occurs while preparing your order. A specific product may be back order or be discontinued between the moment you place your order and the moment we prepare it. It is also possible that a specific product be forgotten during the preparation of your order. Laura Secord will take all the necessary measures to insure that the products you ordered are available at the time of your order. Should you receive an incomplete order, regardless of the reason or cause, Laura Secord will refund you the purchase cost of said item with the portion of shipping cost that applies to the product (including taxes).
Defective or damaged products
A defective or damaged product is a product that has not been received in the same condition as that applicable at the time of shipment. For example, the packaging or the consumable product itself has been crushed or the consumable product has been somehow altered. In such a case, Laura Secord will refund the product with the portion of shipping cost applicable to the defective or damaged product upon receipt of the same at 4542410 Canada inc.
