You can also purchase select Laura Secord products at various retailers across Canada. Some of these retailers include: Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharmasave, London Drugs, Unipharm Wholesale Drugs Ltd., Safeway, Familiprix, Overwaitea, Jean Coutu, Loblaw, The Bay, and Wal-mart. The product I am looking for is not available at these retailers, can I order it? Absolutely. Our friendly staff at any of our stores would be happy to help you process an order over the phone and have it shipped to your home address in Canada for a small shipping & handling fee. I am currently living out of Canada, where can I order Laura Secord products? At this time, we are only shipping within Canada due to the perishability of our product. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please return the opened package to your nearest Laura Secord store. I have an item purchased at a retailer that sells Laura Secord products and it is not up to my standards. What can I do? Our guarantee is for products sold at both Laura Secord stores and at other retailers. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please return the opened package to your nearest Laura Secord store. Product Information I have an allergy, is it still ok for me to consume Laura Secord products? If you have an allergy we recommend that you contact your physician before consuming any Laura Secord products. We do not guarantee any of our products to be allergen-free. There is always a risk of cross-contamination from the factory where the item was produced. Is No Added Sugar (NAS) chocolate the same as diabetic chocolate? No, NAS chocolate is NOT diabetic chocolate. NAS chocolate uses a sweetening agent called Maltitol which is a common sweetener found in many confectionary items including gum. Although NAS chocolate does not have any additional sugar added to it, it does have naturally occurring sugars and therefore is not recommended for consumption by diabetics without the advice of a physician. Does Laura Secord sell gluten-free chocolate? We do not guarantee any of our products to be gluten-free.
